I decided to start my practice after about a 4 year hiatus, and this studio has been such a guiding light in welcoming me back. The staff care so much about their work and guiding their members through intentional and challenging flows, and I’ve grown not only in my practice but as a human. Every teacher here is amazing.

502 has made me excited (for the first time in 36 years) to workout. I look forward to classes, and it’s very comforting knowing that it’s a judgement-free place. Everyone is so welcoming and accepting ❤️

I love that 502 Power Yoga doesn't just provide a place to practice yoga and teachers (although the studio and teachers are AWESOME) but what is also provided is true "yoga" -- Unity! A "third place" where you feel part of something outside of work and home, and a group who will motivate you to challenge yourself, encourage you to stay moving, and who help you learn to find peace in stillness. The teachers are so helpful and kind, and the studio itself is one of a kind. The cold lavender towels are the icing on the cake. Don't tell everyone, though because I don't want classes to fill up too fast ?
