About 502 Power Yoga
502 Power Yoga offers a welcoming and judgment-free environment for students of all experience levels to support and motivate each other through a physically challenging yoga practice. The studio's vibrant and slightly off-kilter culture encourages students to "keep it weird, keep it real, and have a little fun while you sweat." The dedicated and caring staff guide students through intentional and challenging flows, helping them grow not only in their practice but as individuals. Every teacher is described as amazing, and the studio itself is praised as one-of-a-kind, with the addition of cold lavender towels being the "icing on the cake." New students can try 30 days for only $45, making it an accessible option for those looking to start or restart their yoga journey.
I enjoy my time at 502PY so much. The space is clean and relaxing, the instructors and staff are extremely kind, and the yogis are all friendly and welcoming. From power vinyasa to yin, 502PY has you covered! <3
502 Power Yoga offers an incredible staff of instructors and a wide variety of classes from Yin to Rocket to help you develop your body's physical and emotional well being. Each instructor offers a unique approach to their class and the broad spectrum of classes offered means anyone can find a class that will suit their needs. This paired with an overwhelmingly friendly and diverse community makes 502 Power Yoga the absolute best Yoga studio in Louisville. I can't recommend trying this studio out enough, and their very generously priced introductory offer gives you a chance to try as many classes and instructors you want for a very friendly price.

There is no instructor whose classes I've not enjoyed, and the class variety keeps my interest alive. I can tell a big difference in my strength and have improved some of my physical challenges (prior hip surgery, back pain and unstable shoulder and hip joints). But perhaps most of all - this place is unlike any yoga studio I've ever attended simply in terms of how welcome I felt from DAY 1. This is a space where experienced yogis and newbies come together seamlessly in MUTUAL RESPECT and ACCEPTANCE....read full review
