Trained there for about 3 months now. I would rather train here than in any other martial arts academy. The instructor is friendly and very approachable. A great place to learn Kick Boxing, Jiu-Jitsu or self defense.

I've been doing kickboxing and jiujitsu here for several months now. Jeremy, the owner, is very knowledgeable and impossible to tap out. The guy has been doing this stuff for 30 years. My wife trains here with other females and Jeremy really focuses on self defense with them. Its a very comfortable environment for them to train in. All the students here are awesome. Jeremy is great with kids, both my 6 year old and 10 year old train here also and they have learned an amazing skill set that has helped them with their self confidence. I highly recommend this school to anyone looking to learn kickboxing and jiu jitsu.
