I had a plumbing leak that was discovered a few weeks ago. I decided to call Servpro to make sure there wasn’t any damage and I’m so glad I did. There was extensive underlying damage in the floors, baseboards, drywall and in the insulation under the house. They came out to give me an estimate the same day I called, then they started drying out my house two days later. They’ve been here every day for 12 days monitoring and assessing. They always call first and have gone out of their way to accommodate my family’s schedule. And I can’t stress enough how nice and helpful everyone has been. Every single one of them. From the call to the office to report the water damage to Trevor and Chris showing up was probably an hour to an hour and a half...Trevor and Chris were very courteous professional and informative...they answered all my questions and concerns...went straight to work to help solve my water damage problem.
