I stopped in briefly for a visit while in London,KY I had the pleasure of dealing with Anthony who was very professional. Not only did he go into details about this location but was very informative as to the equipment and amenities. Place was super clean and pleasant for me. Do recommend this location.

My name is Estill King. Been trying to cancel my membership for about 2 months now. Somehow, they keep taking money out of my checking account. They make it almost impossible to cancel. Thinking about taking this to their corporate to get corrected. Not a happy guy at all here. Very dissatisfied. Planet fitness, you should do better.

just waited for 30 minutes to tan, but i didn’t get to tan 😀 they let five people go straight from the counter to the tanning beds while i sat and waited, never even called my name. i just decided to leave.

Beautiful facility and showers but it took at least 5 min for the water to get a tiny bit warm. No hair dryers.
