Dr Boland took hours to let my small Jack Russell have her babies at her own pace. I’m amazed at his patience he has with each animal even though there is a full house to diagnose and treat. He could have elected for a c section which is hard on the momma dog or sent her home with a dose of oxytocin but he kept her and watched over her until she birthed all six healthy babies. I am forever grateful for this veterinary clinic in London KY.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely unacceptable experience. We had an appointment, arrived early, and still waited over 30 minutes to be seen. I was there with a lady I care for, and the staff member we dealt with spoke to us in a condescending, disrespectful manner, repeating herself as if we were incapable of understanding basic information.
We asked for a simple worm check and were told they “only do blood work” and not a fecal exam, with no clear explanation. This is basic veterinary care, yet it was handled poorly and dismissively. We were then put in a tiny room and left sitting there for an extremely long time with zero communication or updates.
We have brought our dog here multiple times for the same cold, and it still has not been resolved. I have called and asked for callbacks many times and was constantly given the runaround. Despite there being five doctors at this clinic, not a single one could take the time to call me back.
When I finally said I may need to switch vets due to the ongoing issues, I was told they “don’t blame me.” That alone speaks volumes about the level of care and professionalism here.
Disorganized, dismissive, and a complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend London Vet Clinic to anyone.

Binx was very sick and could not be seen by his regular vet. They saw Binx same day and have taken great care of him with his emergency urinary blockage. They have updated me as promised and have his health as a priority.
