I am thrilled with the service and technician Tyler. My heat pump went out during the coldest week of the winter with temps very dangerous for pipes and survival. I called Larkey because of the reviews and I totally agree ?. Five Stars+. The tech was here the next morning. Super affordable, very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. After our homes air conditioner stopped working we called Larkey and we were put on the schedule for the next day. Our technician Tyler was pleasant to talk to and quick with the work that had to be done on the unit.

I called this morning regarding no ac in London. I was afraid that with all the devastation there, I would not be able to get anyone for a while. Tyler was there at 2:00 and quickly found the issue. He repaired it and was really affordable. Please use Larkey HVAC and especially Tyler. Friendly, courteous and on time. Thanks so much.
