I have been wanting to get a loose curl perm for awhile now. Couldn't find a place in Corbin willing to do it (because it smelled bad). My neighbor recommended LaBella Salon and they didn't disappoint! The ladies are very friendly and sweet. I had a smile on my face from the time I walked in and still have it after leaving.
