“I had originally contacted another HVAC company in Breathitt Co to install a mini split, that turned into a disaster. That being said, I contacted Leo Jones & Son and spoke with Shannon, service manager. Shannon listened to my concerns and said that he would be out in about 48 hours to complete an inspection. He called to confirm our appointment, showed up on time and was very respectful. He took the time to answer all my questions. He provided me with a quote the following day. They set a schedule for 3 days in advance, which I was very appreciative of. Definitely need to give a shout out to the 3 installers Ben, Bryoton, and Trevor T. They did a fantastic job on installation, cleaning up any debris. I highly recommend if you want good quality product and workmanship, contact Shannon. I highly recommend Leo Jones & Sons.“
