When someone passes, the amount of tasks that need to be completed can feel overwhelming and crippling. Unfortunately, over the past few years our family has endured many losses, and this time was no different in how heavy it felt. However, working with the House-Rawlings staff made everything feel effortless during such a painful time.
The care, compassion, and attention they showed to our family—and to my mom—were truly exceptional. Every detail was handled with respect, patience, and kindness, allowing us to focus on grieving and honoring her life rather than stressing over arrangements. This was my third time using House-Rawlings and am always amazed at just how good they are! They are so kind and thoughtful, have incredible attention to detail, and even helped me months after with a couple unrelated cemetary issues! But, their follow-up Christmas letter and sweet ornament prompted this review. Thank you!

They are truly kind amazing people. i lost my daughter at 10 weeks gestation. instead of turning me away because “there wouldn’t be enough ashes” or give me an out of this world price they worked with me and made it happen for me. on top of that they are so kind they really comforted me and made this time much easier. they gave me a necklace with some of my daughter in it, a heart shaped seed to plant some of her with if i choose too, her obituary laminated, and even a Christmas card and a custom ornament with my daughters name on it. 10/10 recommend a wonderful family owned business and the only funeral home i will ever use!!💗

Very Professional and kind people. I sang at the House-Rawlings Funeral Home. Even though a may have been a day of grief, The staff acted like family. Our cousin Karen would have been would have been crying too Seeing how Beautiful and Comfortable her funeral was..

We are not natives of London, but our sister told us where to go. To say these people were kind and helpful is an understatement. Wonderful people my dad died of cancer july 15 mike masters took care of evetything.even went and marked the grave plot where it had be dug i would recomnde this funeral home too anyone.
