From the moment I walked in, the staff at Great Clips made me feel welcome—everyone greeted me with a smile and a friendly attitude. The wait was only a few minutes before I was seated with Ashley.
Ashley was amazing. She took the time to ask about my haircut preferences in a way no one else ever has. She was incredibly sweet, attentive, and professional. It genuinely felt like she cared about getting it just right—and she absolutely did!
Honestly, this was the best haircut I’ve ever had. Ashley went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back—thank you so much!
We have used Great Clips for years for our kids but today was the first time we went to Ashley at Great Clips in London. She was AMAZING! While cutting my 4 year old daughter, she was so patient with her, joked with her and made it a fun atmosphere! Then she cut my 11 year old sons hair and he wanted the Aaron Judge haircut, she studied the picture we should her for a few minutes and went to work doing the same thing as far as talking to my son, joking with him, making him feel comfortable. Both of their haircuts turned out amazing! My other daughter got her hair cut by another lady which the haircut turned out great, I just don’t know her name. We highly recommend... read full review
I’ve been to great clips in London three times now, this was my third. I was very happy because Ashley did a wonderful job. It’s not easy to find someone that can cut ethnic hair here in London, so I was very nervous about letting her cut my hair. She assured me that she had experience and she backed it up with a great performance. I recommend Ashley anytime, thanks, Ashley. !!!
