Brittney was excellent! Recommending her to all of my friends! She took her time and explained everything in depth when I had questions as this was my first time. She made me feel very comfortable as well. She has great professionalism while also feeling like a friend you’ve known forever! I didn’t catch the receptionists name but I was there on July 5th before noon & she was awesome! Loved her energy. The only downside is I called the next day (7/6) before noon and that receptionist didn’t seem to have after care knowledge nor offered a call back from Brittney and she seemed like she hates her job by her manners and tone. Brittany C. at the Hamburg location was amazing knowledgeable and so friendly. She made my experience comfortable while also making feel so confident. The outcome the wax was amazing and has not caused any issues. I have rebooked already to make sure I have a spot.
