We started going to VWC for underwater treadmill sessions to help my senior German Shepherd with his mobility. Several months later we had an abdominal ultrasound done as a preventative measure. Dr Johnson found an enlarged spleen and recommended a specialist visit. Fast forward a month and Dr Johnson performed a splenectomy on my dog. Surgery went smoothly and recovery was amazing. I highly recommend this clinic and all the doctors. The staff is top notch as well. We still go weekly for underwater treadmill sessions and don’t plan on stopping anytime soon!
Have to say this place is amazing and made the quality of life for our dog so much better. Our dog Thor was having issues with bad arthritis and we have been going to different vets trying to get his pain and movement improved. He eventually was getting to a point where he had trouble going up and down stairs. We had worries that we were going to have to put him down soon due to how severe his pain was. We were referred from another vet to this facility and saw Dr. Johnson. Her and her tech Salamanda are both very kind and sweet with our dogs. I've gone to Mindy & Dr. Richardson since my dog was first brought home at 8 weeks old. He was so sick and they did everything they could for him, fast forward to 10 years later and he's still going to them and receiving the best care and so much love. Their professionalism, compassion, respect and love do not go unnoticed. Hands down the best team there is and I'll always highly recommend them.
