I could stay in Ulta 24 hours a day. I have never gotten bad products nor had a rude employee. The employees are always offering to help you. Overall it’s a wonderful retail store.

I have had GREAT service at the ulta on nicholasville rd. Angela does a PHENOMENAL job cutting my hair and is super friendly to me as well as everyone! In another instance where I was trying to find a product, Hannah has helped me with a smile and great attitude! I have had nothing but good service from everyone at this store!

Usually my experience here is okay, but nothing outstanding or out of the ordinary. Well today I was trying to find a new foundation and the associate who helped me was so knowledgeable. She taught me so much and spent as much time as I needed helping me find some good solutions for my troublesome skin. Sadly, I forgot to ask her name so I could find her again if I needed to and the store wouldn’t tell me what it was because she doesn’t usually work there. Unfortunate. But you’re amazing, whoever you are, mystery lady.
