UK HealthCare is a hospital that provides exceptional care and compassion to its patients. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that patients receive the help they need, often going the extra mile to provide support and guidance. Patients receive outstanding care, respect, and dignity from highly professional and competent staff. From the doctors and nurses to the persons who clean the rooms, literally every single employee is friendly and truly cares for patient well being. Everyone makes patients feel they are in the best hands, safe, and comfortable while going through a painful and stressful event.
So I just left this hospital yesterday after a 4 day stay with my cousin and her sick little boy and I feel it's nessicary to brag on their pediatric ward it was exceptional and they take exceptional care of the adults too I want to especially thank Dr Clark, and Dr Titus they made his stay more pleasant for me and I am just a relative and they worked especially with my cousin son and their ability to work with children was beyond exceptional you can just see the I truly care about you and your children just beaming from those two Drs !!! So thank you both of y'all see this review I was in with 32!!!

Be sure you know the exact person and department you need to speak with before calling. If you ask their operators to help direct you in the case you aren't sure of the correct department, they just freeze up. It would be helpful if operatorals had at least a general knowledge of how to rout calls so your customers get the help they need, that would be great. This has been an ongoing problem for the multiple decades I have been going here.

I've never felt more dehumanized and disrespected in my entire life. The ONLY reason they got 2 stars is because they did fix the illness, despite doing everything wrong physically, mentally, and emotionally.
