Zips Car Wash in Marion offers express car wash services and an Unlimited Wash Club available at all locations. The car wash uses chemical treatments including a thick sudsy wash, ceramic paint guard, tire shine, and undercarriage wash to remove winter road salt. Customers can use free microfiber cleaning cloths and vacuums with floormat clips.
While some customers express satisfaction with the thoroughness of the wash, particularly the drying process, others have noted a decline in service quality. Concerns have been raised about limited entrance bays, malfunctioning vacuums, and the occasional absence of cleaning towels.
One customer suggests a price reduction to increase business volume and proposes a Social Security discount. Zips Car Wash accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, and ZIPS gift cards. They have over 275 locations in 24 states and aim to provide a high-performing customer service experience.
