Update: Zips was no longer the best fit for me. Upon using another local carwash I realized how Zips could be managed more efficiently and their equipment should be performing better. They have some serious competitors just a couple miles away with far better packages and an outstanding staff.
I had a bad experience with customer service regarding my membership status. Shelby made it all better. She got me signed up for my membership and made sure that I received the promotional discount price for the first three months. She was enthusiastic, sweet, and understanding.
I needed to add a vehicle to my account. When I pulled in Mike was there to assist and I explained what I needed to do. He said to wash my vehicle and he will help me after. I did as he said, he came to me, and we completed my business.
He was excellent! He knows how to do his job and was great at adding his personal touch. I knew immediately I was in good hands.

This zips is the best one in Lexington, I’ve never had a bad experience here. Can’t say that for the other zips car wash’s, Heath is awesome always willing to go the extra mile and does it professionally. Good job zips you should base all your locations off this one 👍👍
