I’m always trying places as a traveler passing through an area. This was a top experience, with a very nice space and great people who clearly enjoyed working together. The regulars were as engaged as the employees, just a fun place, with a great mani pedi by Michael. Definitely recommend!

I've been coming here for years now off and on but pretty often (atleast once a month) for over a year and a half now and I've never had a bad experience. Michael, Mario, and Chey all know what they are doing and are very good at their job. Always polite, professional, and listen to my concerns if I have any. With that being said in last 2 years I've also "tried" several other nail salons which are considered "Top 5" in Lexington and my services at these other places does not come close to what I get done here at Greatest Nails. I've had to have Greatest Nails fix other salons major mishaps and I always leave Greatest Nails happier than when I walked in. Do yourself...read full review

I've been coming here for a long time now. Moved to the other side of Lexington and I still choose to come here. I love that Chaylen is obsessed with cuticles and does an amazing job every time. I enjoy the personalities of everyone there. Some more quiet and some will chat with you. Very friendly reasonably priced. Clean.
