Edit 12/27/24: The first home we had insepcted with Carlo we ended up passing on due in part to his expert identification of significant complications with the home. Having felt confident and trusting in Carlo and his inspection we chose to utilize his skills again for a second home. Again, Carlo found major structural complications with this second home that would have cost multiplicities of tens of thousands of dollars to repair.
