Austin Goodlett, technician at Synergy came on time and was able correct an code error issue with our Generac unit with in a few minutes. His knowledge of these units is impressive.
Also a very polite person to work with. Same for all the employees at Synergy.

Fernando and Sebastian are excellent , very friendly ,great job with their work and they are definitely perfectionists. Synergy homes are blessed to have them . I am also very happy to have them work on my house.

As always, the tech was personable and did a great job of explaining what the problem was and what he did to fix it. Synergy Home must do a great job with customer service training. This was our 3rd or 4th service call and second replacement part, so we hope our new Generac is up and running for good now.
