Sun Tan City - KY Lexington Richmond Road

Sun Tan City is a popular tanning salon that offers a variety of tanning options, including traditional sun tanning and spray tanning. They have multiple locations that are conveniently distributed, making it easy for customers to access. The salon is equipped with advanced tanning equipment, such as booths that use UVA light, UVB light, or a combination of both, as well as red light therapy for therapeutic skin and tissue treatment. The red light therapy is said to help with maintaining a clear complexion, reducing fine lines and wrinkles, increasing circulation and collagen production, and even treating chronic pain. The salon also offers a booth for teeth brightening using blue light luminescence.

In addition to their tanning services, Sun Tan City provides extras such as handmade jewelry, a wide selection of nail polish, and various types of bronzing and self-tanning lotions. They have designated stand-up booths for spray tanning, which use natural soy and organic tone-enhancing ingredients to provide an even and natural-looking glow. The salon also offers a "double dip" package that allows customers to get a regular tanning session in a lay-down bed followed by a quick spray tan in a stand-up booth.

The staff at Sun Tan City are known for their exceptional customer service. They take the time to educate customers about tanning products and are understanding of those who may not be familiar with the process. The manager at one location was particularly helpful in assisting an out-of-state member to get set up for tanning during a trip.

One customer, Jan, received high praise from a reviewer for her outstanding customer service. Jan went above and beyond to ensure that the customer had a positive experience, including taking extra time to help the customer get a free birthday tan and answering all questions with kindness and understanding.

Overall, Sun Tan City is a highly recommended tanning salon that offers a range of services, extras, and exceptional customer service. They cater to the needs of their customers by providing various options for tanning and ensuring that they have a pleasant and satisfying experience.
