Had my first ever [solidcore] class today and it was the most fun and intense workout class I have ever taken. Emma was the instructor for my class and there are not enough nice words in the world I could say about her - she was energetic, encouraging, so motivating, and kind. I never felt out of place or like I looked stupid in this class. I would highly recommend this location (and Emma as the instructor) for anybody interested in trying this. I will be back!

Love this place. Everyone is so nice and uplifting, from coaches to other members. I always leave feeling exhausted and accomplished. I don’t feel judged or insecure coming in. Be ready to bathe in your own sweat. These workouts will bring the strongest man to their knees 100%! I just wish they had showers so I could come before work. Give this place a try and invest in you, your body and your health (both mental and physical)

12/27/21I came to this class for the first time. Unfortunately running late due to parking issues. Isabel was the coach and she was so helpful.The class had already started, it’s dark in the room with blue lights. Music is blasting with great beats to get you in the workout mood. There is only room for 15 max capacity, which is great for those that don’t like crowded gyms. It’s a class you have to sign up for, you can’t just show up and attend unless there’s someone that didn’t show up or was super late. It is an intense workout class, but in a great way.
