The staff are great and very friendly. They understands vision problems and are caring and knowledgeable. New fancy machines test eyes and the folks who measure for glasses are wonderful. They take great time to explain questions, make sure the best upgrades and options insurance would cover and didn’t just tack on extras that you would have to pay out of pocket. The staff is excellent.

Dr. Mitchell understands my vision problems better than anyone else I have seen. Both my wife and I have seen her for years. No way we would trust anyone else. The staff at Tates Creek are also great and very friendly.

Love, love, love these folks! Dr. Laura is awesome! They have all the new fancy machines to test your eyes and Dr. Laura took great time to explain anything and everything I had questions about. The folks that measure for glasses are wonderful. And they even took the time to make sure I got the best upgrades and options that insurance would cover and didn’t just tack on extras that I would’ve had to pay out of pocket for.
