I want to express my gratitude to Shay, Kassidy, and Ray for their exceptional customer service. Today's experience was truly outstanding. Shay quickly found the exact OPTIQ Sport 2 we wanted at another dealership after I described the color combination, and she arranged the sale through Quantrell Cadillac. We had special requests like installing a tow hitch and mud flaps, and Shay and Kassidy made it all happen seamlessly. Ray went above and beyond by assisting with the sale and even picking up forgotten paperwork from us in Louisville.

After a long search for a car that was reasonably priced and safe for our son, we found a 4Runner at Quantrell Cadillac. Being out of state was not an issue. Todd made the process so easy. We did most of the work over email. My husband flown up to get the car. Todd even met him at the airport. Great service and price. We are very happy.
