He literally made my entire day, I had to call so many places to see if anyone could put my dermal jewel on for me and everywhere was trying to charge me $25 even with my own jewel, and Charlie's tattoos charged $25 PLUS A JEWEL BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T ALLOW A BRING IN. I will forever remember him and this will be my next place to go for a tattoo. He is absolutely a life saver and on top of it, he has a light hand so I could just imagine his hand while tattooing.
