We drive an hour to visit this location specifically, due to the wonderful employees! They’re quick to help with questions or concerns for our animals. They truly care about the work they do. The store is well maintained and we’re always able to find what we need.
My wife has been desperately wanting a baby jumping spider. After doing some research we headed in to this location to secure our newest child. The store was very busy but Keisha was quick to help us find the perfect match. We still had ton of questions but she took the time to explain and walk us through what we needed. She was funny, smart and very helpful to us and her coworkers that came up to us with questions. Keisha is an asset to this location and I look forward to shopping again because of her customer service!!! Thank you again Keisha!!!
