As a pup mom of two this is a go to one stop shop. I have used their grooming as well as purchased many items from the store. I have not used the vet located inside the store so no comments. The do have a satellite adoption center for Lexington Humane Society (at the back) as well as the Paris Animal Shelter (on the right side of the store. (Days depending) They also have some unique animals such as birds and reptiles. Service is always friendly and they have reasonable prices. I have volunteered at the Lexington Humane Society Satellite (Everyday Adoption Center at PetSmart in Hamburg) in the store and the employees were obviously very caring and loving towards the animals....read full review

I love the store and all of the employees seem legitimately interested in pets and the products in the store. Everyone is so friendly. My only gripe is that the prices are laughably high when compared to the likes of Amazon and other online retailers. Beyond that, the place is awesome :-)

We just recently adopted our dog at their adopt-a-thon and all of the employees were really helpful in explaining everything and giving us a coupon book for our new member of the family. Highly recommend coming here!
