About PetSmart
PetSmart is a large pet supply and services retailer offering a wide variety of products for various pets, including dogs, cats, birds, fish, and small animals. Customers can shop both online and in-store, with the option to pick up purchases within two hours at select locations. The store features a pet adoption center where customers can meet animals available for adoption. While some customers have reported restrictions on interacting with the animals, they emphasize the importance of adopting from the shelter. PetSmart also offers services like dog training, pet grooming, pet boarding, and a dog daycare. The store houses a Banfield Pet Hospital, which some customers have criticized for high prices and pushy sales tactics, particularly regarding pet insurance. Overall, PetSmart provides a comprehensive range of pet products and services. While concerns exist regarding the pricing and practices of the in-store veterinary clinic, the store's commitment to pet adoption and the positive experiences with groomers like Ariel are highlighted by customers.
My wife has been desperately wanting a baby jumping spider. After doing some research we headed in to this location to secure our newest child. The store was very busy but Keisha was quick to help us find the perfect match. We still had ton of questions but she took the time to explain and walk us through what we needed. She was funny, smart and very helpful to us and her coworkers that came up to us with questions. Keisha is an asset to this location and I look forward to shopping again because of her customer service!!! Thank you again Keisha!!!
Took my 5 month old mini goldendoodle for his first haircut last week and I was a little nervous. Destiny was his groomer and I was so pleased with how he looked!! She did a great job on him! I will definitely take him back in December!!
What a great service experience! We went to get our dogs some K-9 Advantix and they didn't have two of the ones we needed, but the manager overheard the conversation and told the cashier to just pull a four-pack and two-pack and just charge for the two six packs on the buy one get one 25% off which was considerably cheaper. That is how it's done people. That was the right thing to do, but sadly we often don't get that kind of experience. Thank you, Pet Smart Manager!
