I've been coming here for over 15 years. I like that it's a family business. They remember me from year to year! Unlike some of the newer chain places in town that speed you along through different techs and stations, at Pal Optical, you're with the actual physician the entire time, one on one. You're never pressured to purchase anything additional. And they genuinely care.

One of the few remaining ORIGINAL DECADES - OLD LEXINGTON FAMILY-OWNED BUSINESSES. I am so impressed with the superior service and care! I appreciate that they keep overhead low to maintain the best prices in the area! They DO spend money on the latest, most advanced equipment for the various tests that are the hallmark of a thorough eye exam. The doctor was personable and genuine in addition to being the consummate professional. The receptionists were outstanding and ran the office with respectful consideration towards fellow staff to ensure the customers an optimal experience. And optimal it was! I've been coming here for years. The staff are great, and I've never had any issues. I love that they do most of their own work, which helps keep prices low. Vision insurance is so limited in coverage I just skip it, and always get a great deal when I shop here.
