I recommend this establishment for its quality and timely service. My sister went to Needles and Pins in 2021 to have her senior prom dress altered and the woman who did the service made her a mask with the additional fabric and a filter without being asked which we felt was really considerate. Due to the quality of service I went back in 2022 to have my own prom dress altered(see photos below). The woman who took care of me was very lovely in all aspects and I have been recommending this business to all of my friends for any of their alteration needs. I will be visiting here again for any proms to come and my mother is looking forward to the lovely ladies here to alter her wedding dress
Best alteration business I have used in a long time. I wear a suit to work everyday so I end up getting a lot of stuff tailored, She has done several full suits for me and they have always been great the first time around. Pricing is fair and turnaround is quick. She even fixed a jacket of mine on the spot when I brought it in after busting out the back.
Pins & Needles has helped me in a bind multiple times. They’re always fairly priced, expedient, and have gone above and beyond when I needed a bridesmaid dress hemmed on less than three days notice, with a day closed in between. When no one else would give me the time of day, they were empathetic and helpful. Highly recommend giving them a call.
