My puppy got her first groom here today and they were wonderful to work with! They were so so patient with her and their communication is the best! The owner Holly calmed all my worries and answered all my silly questions. The manager Megan was giving this nervous first time dog owner updates often and was so gentle with my nervous puppy. Lea done a wonderful job on her groom too! Callie came home smelling wonderful and her nails looks SO much better! Will forever go to them and recommend them to everyone!
I LOVE this place! I’ve never had a dog that needed regular grooming until this past year. We got a golden doodle in Aug 2022. I was new to the whole grooming world. They worked with me and told me how to get him acclimated to the sounds and things he would encounter there to make him less nervous. He’s still a nervous boy going in but he comes out handsome and happy. These are a great group of humans and I love their work. I drive 40 minutes to them. If you need a groomer these are your people!
It was Oskar’s first time at Mutt Cutts and he looks so good. Oskar sheds a lot and after his appointment, he was so fluffy, soft and barely any hair came off of him. The staff there was so nice and treated Oskar very well. I really loved the aesthetics and atmosphere of the salon. 10/10 would recommend
