I've given this business a few tries to do an SNS manicure knowing sometimes people have off days, but I've been 4 times now and it really is hit or miss. If you go, ask for the guy that works there. His skills, personality, and gentle hands are worth it. The business itself is clean and inviting, but there is one nail tech in particular that is exceptionally rude and rough with her work. She talks to customers like they're dumb when they ask anything. A lady came in for a pedi that had 2 colors and she was told "we can't do that", which based on design I can understand. The quality it poor compared to most places. Also I got a pedicure and picked out a nail polish instead of telling me that the nail polish I picked out would be an additional $15 it was just added on at the end without telling me anything. Also my thumbnails do not match. And I'm assuming they must use the cheapest glue possible because the top of my fingernails the glue has already came off
