my first time going there. the lady that was there today did an amazing job usually I’m very unhappy with results. But they look so good . I will definitely be going back.

Their best threader moved back to India. Went to her for 8 years.. I've been there on 3 occasions since she left, they are terrible. I even tried showing the tech a picture for what I wanted. She still did whatever she wanted. My eyebrows were the same shape I had when I came in, but smaller. Plus the customer service was kinda rude. Either train them better or bring back the other lady. Pay her well, whatever needs to be done atp

I go here regularly and think they do a great job. I have my eyebrows threaded. I found that waxing was too damaging to my skin, so I thought I'd give threading a try. I'm very pleased.
