Absolutely LOVE coming here to get my eyebrows done! They have fixed my eyebrows so many times from getting waxed. EVERY TIME they're absolutely perfect! Not like waxing where it seems to be different every time.

Their best threader moved back to India. Went to her for 8 years.. I've been there on 3 occasions since she left, they are terrible. I even tried showing the tech a picture for what I wanted. She still did whatever she wanted. My eyebrows were the same shape I had when I came in, but smaller. Plus the customer service was kinda rude. Either train them better or bring back the other lady. Pay her well, whatever needs to be done atp
