Reviews
As an absentee owner of a rental property, I am very impressed with IPM Pest and Termite. From the initial rep who took my call to my technician, Josh, everyone provided excellent customer service. Josh called me and explained all the things he was going to do to help get rid of the mice in the garage. He was knowledgeable, personable, and made a bad situation better. I would highly recommend them for your pest control needs! Thx Josh for your hard work! I appreciate you!
It was really great to see Nick at my house again yesterday after he recovered from an injury. Kirk took care of us as well and is wonderful too. However, Nick has been with us since the beginning of our journey to get our house livable. The house was horribly invested with mice and insects before we decided to invest in a total renovation. With Nick's knowledge and expertise, we are now free of any invaders. He is a kind and down-to-earth person who I trust completely. I feel IMP is a trusted company with good people working for them.
