Annie is wonderful! She checked with the hospital daily to see when my mother-in-law was out of ICU, then delivered to her on Valentines Day, the busiest day of the year! Imperial Flowers was kind, accommodating, and an absolute pleasure to do business with!! Will be my go-to for any future flower needs in the Lexington area!

Good customer service overall...ordered flowers to be delivered to hospital but could not do so and florist waited for next instructions then had a Beautiful bouquet in a cute UK truck.

Ordered Birthday flowers from Imperial Flowers for my daughter and just asked to include some pink which is her favorite color. They arrived timely and beautiful, she loves them.Would highly recommend.
