Frank is an excellent barber! He takes appointments, keeps his appointment times, and makes sure you walk away with the cut you want. You can get a great mens cut for $15. It's definitely a neighborhood barbershop feel, and the only reason I give a 4 star review is if you're judging on the whole experience, the shop isn't the cleanest and could use some organization. Overall, great cut, great guy. I'll go back.
