I had the best experience here. I was in need of a wig due to hair loss from an extended illness. I showed her a photo of what my hair had looked like before it thinned and she hooked me right up. The wig looked so similar to my real hair. She was super knowledgeable, welcoming and kind. I feel much more confident because of her help.
So grateful I went to see Kim! She went above and beyond to take care of me. We actually arrived after close and she came back in to help me, and I did not have an appt, so very very generous of her! I tried on multiple wigs and she helped me find one that is a perfect fit for me! I get so many compliments on it, people ask me where I get my hair cut and tell me they love my hair lol! I feel so confident in it, which has been so nice after loosing my hair to alopecia.Kim trimmed the bangs on my wig and talked me through caring for it.
