Fast. Convenient. Had a programmable car key blank cut so I could program it using my original keys, and it worked great. The shop is pretty cool looking inside, it feels like entering a busy business from 100 years ago.

I called Grott today to deal with two keypad locks. They sent somebody out almost immediately. He was very knowledgable and KIND! He explained everything without making me feel stupid. I will be calling Grott whenever I need help with a lock.

Grotts was very fast and convenient. Was out and in in about 5 min. I just needed a copy to a key made, so nothing too difficult. The staff was very friendly and great customer service. I will definitely go back to them the next time I need any keys made!
