The online check-in feature is awesome! Super easy to use and "get in line". They text you, we literally waiting in the store for less than 5 minutes and already called my daughters name. Staff was very nice, answered any questions I had and listened to our hair wants!! Use great clips all the time! And will continue to!

Ive been coming to the Hamburg location every couple months for almost 2 years now and it is always a pleasure going. The entire staff is very professional. They know your name and are very welcoming. I’ve had my haircut done by every stylist on staff and never been disappointed. Chris cut my hair today and did a fantastic job as usual. I would recommend this location to anyone over any other place in Lexington.

It's close to me, and if you sign in online, there isn't much waiting. My haircut needs are straightforward, so I've had no problems. There's a lot of turnover, but the cutters have always been friendly. I get a senior discount too!
