Benjamin came out to our house to analyze settling issues that we have experienced for years. Then, Marco, Hector, and crew did an outstanding job stabilizing our crazy foundation: adding a perimeter beam, installing 5 columns and 5 piers, then replacing sub floor, adding a wall plate, replacing the back door, and laying a beautiful flooring.It is so nice being able to use our back exit (the door would not open) and close our master bath door! So grateful that we now have a stable safe master bed and bath with a solid foundation!

I was in the process of selling my home, and the buyers' home inspector found some significant defects in the foundation of a poorly built addition. I was referred to Benjamin at Genesis Contracting; he came out promptly to assess the situation and give me an estimate. The repairs were done professionally and completed in time for closing despite the bad weather and less than ideal working conditions for the crew.
