We brought our 18 month old in for his 3rd haircut. He had a terrible experience at his 2nd one and is terrified of clippers. Heather and the entire shop staff went above and beyond to help. Heather used her scissors and got his hair trimmed for us, while the rest of the staff brought over toys, coloring books, suckers, and even acted silly to cheer him up. Heather also turned me on to the new Star Wars themed beard oil while we were there. 100/10 experience. My son got his first hair cut and it was the best experience. We were greeted and seated as soon as we got in and our stylist made sure each step was to our liking and I couldn’t have asked for better service!! He has really curly hair and we wanted to keep most of it so we went with a mullet. Now just look at him! Happy and handsome! This was our first time here but we’ll definitely be back
Brittany was very personable and did an excellent job cutting and styling my hair, I will definitely return to her! The ease of scheduling and the ability to get in same day or next day is one of the most important and convenient aspects of Floyd’s for me. Thank you!
