Enhancing Life Gym is a personal training gym located in Lexington, dedicated to serving people of all ages and fitness levels. They provide a fun, judgment-free environment where clients can improve their physical health and well-being. The gym takes into account each individual's unique circumstances to create a personalized fitness plan. Enhancing Life Gym is highly regarded by physical therapists and has experience working with clients with various physical limitations. The trainers are experts in movements that reduce pain and offer helpful feedback throughout workouts in an encouraging and positive manner. The semi-private structure means clients are more than taken care of but not hovered over. The staff has taught new ways to stabilize the core with breathing and stretching techniques. There is significant consideration that goes into the evolving workouts that are tailored to each client's ability and progress. The trainers coach each client according to their needs and go above and beyond. Clients feel so comfortable at the gym and actually have fun. Many have restored their strength, balance, and mobility and feel so much stronger, able to do things they couldn't do before.
I love training at Enhancing Life Personal Training. The semi private training with personalized workouts is just what I need for my midlife, post menopausal body. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. It's such a supportive environment, and I feel so comfortable there. I highly recommend it, especially if you haven't been in a gym in a while (or ever!)
Enhancing Life has truly done just that... enhanced my life! After three pregnancies and births, I had lost a lot of strength, balance, and mobility, and I had also lost a lot of confidence in my body to be strong, all of which Lucy and Dave have restored. I really appreciate the semi-private structure where I'm more than taken care of but not hovered over. And it's clear that there is significant consideration that goes into the evolving 5 week A/B workouts that are tailored to my ability and progress. Highly recommend!!
I came here having a rough back injury and the staff has taught me new ways to stabilize my core with breathing and stretching techniques. It's been around 2 months and my back is feeling great and I'm dead lifting with proper form. I highly recommend this gym! The staff is amazing!!!!
