The cut I received mostly works, but I had issues with the timing of the appointment and never received a response when I reached out about problems I had with the cut. The worst haircut of my life! If I could give her zero stars I would! She charged me double what I expected to pay and cut my hair so unevenly and so short that I can't even put it up. I had to buy a fall to compensate since it is so uneven that I can't put it up. One side is nearly 2 inches longer than the other, plus she cut randomly into my hair so it is thinner in some areas and some areas are 4 inches in length and others 5 & 6 inches. I asked for a wet cut and she did a dry haircut telling me that she was a trainer for a major curl product line. I never had a dry cut before and I will never have one again. Have to say again how amazing this woman is! Not only does she provide a fabulous hair cut it grows out well too! This is so important. The best haircuts in my life have been where the hair grew out and continues to look fab over time. I actually waited nine months to go back and see her and my hair was still looking good. I was traveling and don't recommend waiting that long but these cuts are a deal!!!
