I had an appointment for a home energy audit between 1 - 2pm but no one showed up and I never received any communication. It is now 3:50 and I cancelled my appointment. Very disappointed.

Everyone beware!! Do not use this company. I have taken them to court and won a judgment against the owner for failure to comply with our contract.The owner of this company, Justin Trout took my $2200.00 deposit and had not provided any service or the 8 solar panel I ordered. The office person, Denise and the technician, Seth are also part of the SCAM. They won’t return my calls. Call a reliable Heating and Air and Solar company.You just can’t trust this company.

Dude took $20k+ and vanished like a ghost. He's also lying about memberships as I called the master contractor association they have listed and was notified not only is he not a member they were going to take action over his FRAUD.Which is apt as this dude took over $20k+ of my Buddy's money and went full ghost.
