After recent flooding of our Nicholasville neighborhood I discovered water evidence in our crawl space. Our garage was dry so we knew water had risen from underneath. I reached out-to Dry Fast of Lexington. They were able to come out the day I called to inspect any damage. Andrew was quick and very friendly. After a brief inspection he indicated that any water had risen through our sump pump and that there was NO water damage aside from ruining some cardboard boxes. He told me I did not need any remediation and did not charge for the inspection. If I ever have serious water damage I WILL CALL Dry Fast of Lexington. They are an honest company.
I found a bit of old water damage and wanted to make sure its not active anymore before we fix the damaged part. When I called, Austin was able to come by the same day and check it. He was very professional and checked it straight away. Confirmed that its fully dry and its likely the cause of the water leak was fixed by the previous owners. He did not try to upsell anything and the he did not even charge any money for the inspection. I'd highly recommend them and trust them with any future needs.
