We were on vacation from out of state and my daughter had an eyelash stuck in her eye that we couldn’t get out. The whole experience from calling in to see if they could help to actually seeing Dr. Daniel Kenner and getting the eyelash out was excellent. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful and Dr. Daniel Kenner was kind, friendly, patient, understanding and gave excellent care. In a day when customer service is so poor, I felt the need to praise this offices excellent customer care! Thank you!
Dr.Wang is great! She adjusted my contact lens prescription for more clarity in left eye far way vision, and better right eye visual reading. This ensured less frustration and my satisfaction.

Woman at the LensCrafters desk was unhelpful, dismissive, and arrogant. Dr. Snipes was professional and informative but I won’t be returning due to the ill customer service from the other employee.
