I had been going here since i was 16 years old and had my first job. My mom used their services, so of course, i naturally trusted them. One year, I went to one of the other offices and used someone else to do my taxes, but I wasn't satisfied. However, as long as i stayed at the same branch and used the same preparer every time, at the place i usually had gone to, i got a decent refund. They've gotten a little more expensive (who hasn't), but if or when I'm not doing my own taxes, I still go back to Dillons
Lori Dillion is a excellent tax preparer.Her attention to detail is excellent.She always tries to save money and make sure she hasn't missed anything.Highly recommend Lori and her staff.
Staff were very friendly. Line was very short despite being a week from tax day. For a relatively simple tax situation, it was a quick in and out. They didn't take credit card though, so be ready with a check. I'll be back next year
