I had my serpentine belt mess up after buying a used car, took it in and they fixed it within 30 mins for $180. A couple hours later it fell off while I was at work and the next day I called and they sent a tow truck to get it and fixed it at no charge!! Very kind staff and Tyler was very knowledgeable and helpful.
I typically don’t trust auto repair shops due having little knowledge on cars and being a woman . But when I was recommended to take my vehicle to Dean’s Auto Center the men were very friendly and stood on properly communicating and ensured every thing that was wrong with my car. I was referred to Deans as my daughter is a freshman at UK, new to the campus, and I don’t have any established relationships in Lexington. Her car had a misfire and wasn’t running very well if at all. She dropped her car off, I called and had a pleasant conversation. They called back with the estimate and I gave them the go ahead. They fixed her car quickly and when they said they were finished, I sent her there in an Uber. She called and told me that it was going to cost over $700 and they had quoted me approximately $400 but discovered several issues while fixing it. Friendly, quick service but I would have appreciated communication prior to.
