Friend has been waiting on repair on a system for which there is a warranty that has been broken since June. Internal customer service can’t get management or the parts department to pick up Despite the warranty, it’s going to cost over $2700 to fix because the part is covered, but not the coolant lost due to a broken part. Feels extremely wrong to word the warranty so that it covers a part but knowingly exclude coverage of coolant replacement, knowing that would be the result of a broken part. Shouldn't be the customers burden. Shame!
I have been using Comfort Heating and Air for a few years and they have always been prompt and courteous. I have the maintenance plan and it has always been a thorough check. My technician today was Taylor Brummett. He was awesome in explaining things, very nice and friendly. A great asset to Comfort HAC! 👍
