They took amazing care of my pup when I was worried he was bloating. Everyone was kind and fun to speak with! It turned out he was just full of food and poop. It was a lot of fun to laugh about the silliness of my greedy pup! They did what they could to make him comfortable and I brought him home. He’s now currently asleep in my office and has pooped multiple times. We are a happy pair right now! Thank you for all your hard work and for treating every patient and pet parent with kindness❤️
Last night I rushed my dog princessbthere from fleming co being the only place open at the time. By the time I got there she was having seizures. They got her from me and taken her straight back. Got her seizure to stop but found what was causing her health issue right away that her actual vet did not catch. I ended up having to put my girl down last night. They was so caring. They cleaned her up and brought her in to a private room with me so I could say my final goodbye to her and told me it didn't matter if I wanted to be there all night take as much time as I needed with her. My cat Mango needed a complicated surgery for male cats called a PU surgery, and the circumstances were not ideal. I had already had to take him to an ER for blocked urethra. BVS could not have been more responsive. While Mango was being stabilized at Medvet, BVS said bring him on over. The receptionist told me to park on the curb. The vet and the tech explained everything about the surgery, and the next day, the vet himself called to tell me that the surgery went well. When I called back with follow up questions, another vet patiently went through them with me. I really appreciate this entire team.
