I can not say enough positive about Kevin and his crew! he is very professional always greets me by name when answering the phone. any issues I've had, hes been more than willing to come over and check it out personally.
I travel for work now and I'd have no issues with giving him or his crew the key to my apartment and letting them do whatever needs to be done.
I'm always updated either by phone or email. hes definitely been in my corner this whole time!
We had a wonderful experience with Kevin and Zhael. They were prompt and professional. They walked us through every step and gave us many tips for moving forward and how best to take care of our carpets and upholstery. Kevin also worked with us on the price and gave us a deal so we could get the most for our budget. They were very easy to talk to and very efficient. We will definitely use this service again in the future.
