From the beginning phone call with Jessica to get information about termite extermination to the spot treatment and lastly the installation of the Sentricon, everything went seamlessly. Jessica was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The work was done in a limited timeframe because of other work I was having done at my house. Everything was completed within a week's time including the initial phone call to get help. I never felt pressured, and the cost was reasonable.
